Duathlon Series to Begin May 18th

May 18th marks the first of four in a weekly series at Fellows Lake in north of Springfield. The Duathlon Series, or Du Series as it is known, has been a tradition for well over a decade, originally started by world champion duathlete Diane Hood and her husband, Ken Hood. The Duathlon Series was taken over by Ozarks Multisport Club a few years ago, and the tradition continues. This is a terrific way to get a high intensity work out done on a Tuesday evening, see friends, and practice the bike course used on the annual Concreteman Triathlon in July, Springfield's oldest open water triathlon.
