FREE 5K Trail Run @ Little Sac (12/17/11)

Hey folks. I thought I would pass along an announcement I received in my email today. It doesn't get much better than FREE! A jaunt through the woods with my buddies sounds like the perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon to me!

Saturday, 12/17/11 CoxHealth Fitness Centers will be putting on a free fun 5K on the trail. No fees, no shirts, no frills! Just run, food and fun.

Location: Little Sac Trails (just west of highway 13 heading north) Time: 12:00pm Fee: FREE Distance: 5K (3.1 miles) Contact Person: Mark Millsap, 417-269-3674 or mark.millsap@coxhealth.com

We will have volunteers on the trail so no one will get lost. Hope to see you there!
