Indoor Triathlon at Downtown YMCA

I am from the Downtown YMCA. We are having our 3rd Indoor Triathlon on Saturday, Feb 13 2010 and would love for members of group to hear about it and hopefully particpate!

The race consists of 15 minutes of swimming, 20 minutes of cycling, and 20 minutes of running.
